>Join Gelara for a soothing and grounding mindful movement session set to soulful world music, designed to help you transition from the stresses of the day into a state of peaceful readiness for meditation that follows. This session is perfect for those feeling restless or overwhelmed, providing a gentle yet invigorating way to release tension and connect with the present moment.

In this practice, you will be guided through a series of suggested slow, intentional movements that synchronise with the rhythms and melodies of carefully curated world music. The music, rich with diverse cultural sounds and soulful harmonies, will transport you to a place of calm and centeredness.

The movements will focus on:

• Gentle stretching to release physical tension.
• Deep, rhythmic breathing to calm the mind.
• Flowing sequences to harmonize body and spirit.

As you move, you’ll be encouraged to pay attention to your body’s sensations, the breath, and the music, allowing your mind to gradually unwind. This practice is suitable for all physical levels, age, gender and is accessible to everyone.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel more relaxed, centered, and ready to settle into a deeper and more focused meditation. Allow the power of movement and music to guide you into a state of inner peace and tranquility.

You can move bare foot (recommended), wearing socks with non-slip soles, clean indoor trainers.

By booking this class you are required to sign our waiver accepting our terms and the following:

  1. Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in the Mindful Movement and Meditation class offered by Gelara Sattari-Bahri. I understand that the activities involved include, but are not limited to, physical movements, stretching, breathing exercises, and meditation.
  2. 2. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in these activities carries certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental stress, and other health risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the class.
  3. Medical Clearance: I confirm that I have consulted with my physician or health care provider and have received clearance to participate in this class. I do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in these activities.
  4.  Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the class, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Gelara Sattari-Bahri from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the class, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
  5. Photo/Video Release: I consent to the use of any photographs or video recordings taken during the class for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such media. By signing up for the class, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing this document and sign it freely and voluntarily.
