Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. We work with movement, breath, meditation, and mantra to awaken our energy and creative potential. The session is followed by a deeply nurturing, restorative, and renewing sound-healing experience using the vibrations of gong, crystal bowls, and other sacred instruments.
