It is believed that at Samhain, the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds is at its thinnest, making this a particularly meaningful time to connect with our intuition and reflect on the cycles of life.

Expect a cosy, calming atmosphere, gentle movement, seasonal essential oils, and plenty of space to unwind. We'll move through grounding, unhurried sequences, allowing time to explore each posture, connect with the breath and gradually soften into stillness.

With longer holds, nourishing stretches and a deep, restful relaxation, this extended practice is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.

We'll finish with a card pull, offering a moment to reflect, listen to your intuition and perhaps receive a little guidance or inspiration to carry with you into the season ahead.

>WALK-INS WELCOME - PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY TO BOOK AND PAY VIA THE SHOP

MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Located in our brand new space at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB

24 hour cancelation policy applies - For our full terms and conditions please click HERE

Whilst all of our healers will commit to putting all of their care and effort into every treatment, selfcare techniques to practice at home are advised.

Therefore there are no guarantees with any treatment given, and we accept no responsibility or liability as to how the healing is received and how you continue your journey.

By booking this appointment you have read and understood our full terms and conditions and our statement above.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0601/6489/8990/files/9D02BA7B-2BE2-49AC-8014-4DFFDF2FC586.png?v=1792579800
https://www.thehareandthemoon.co.uk/products/halloween-special-extended-restorative-yoga-with-elizabeth-friday-30th-oct-5-30pm
