LESSON 1: Crystals Origins: 

In this lesson, we trace crystals back to their roots in ancient human history. Early civilizations like the Sumerians and Egyptians saw crystals as sacred tools for healing, protection, and spiritual connection. Used in rituals, buried with the dead, and worn by priests, crystals were believed to hold the energy of the Earth and the divine. Today, their use continues—honoring ancient traditions while supporting modern spiritual practices.
