LESSON 3: Choosing Your Crystals
In this lesson, we’ll guide you through the deeply personal and powerful process of choosing the right crystals for your unique energy, intentions, and needs. Whether you’re selecting your very first stone or expanding your collection, this class will help you develop the confidence to choose crystals that truly resonate with you—spiritually, energetically, and even physically.
We’ll explore the intuitive side of crystal selection, teaching you how to listen to your inner guidance, tune into subtle energy cues, and recognize which stones “call” to you. You’ll learn how color, shape, and even the weight or feel of a crystal can influence its energetic match with your body or intentions. We’ll also cover how to choose crystals for specific goals—like emotional healing, clarity, protection, grounding, or manifesting desires—so you can create a toolkit that supports your personal growth and spiritual journey.
At the same time, we’ll introduce a practical framework for crystal selection, including tips on quality, sourcing, and the energetic differences between raw vs. polished stones, clusters vs. points, and more. You’ll also gain insights into cleansing and preparing your crystals once you’ve chosen them, so they’re attuned and ready to work with your energy.
