This class guides you through a gentle sequence of stretching and strengthening movements, coordinated with the breath. The class incorporates breathwork (pranayama) and is suitable for both beginners and regular yoga practitioners. The class is also appropriate for postnatal mothers from 6 weeks with GP / midwife sign-off.

A Vinyasa Flow class, with a strong emphasis on the breath. This class focuses on linking a dynamic physical practice with the breath, fostering deep concentration and awareness. The aim is not only to find a stronger physical practice, but also a calmer mind.
The class will be taught with verbal cues and hands-on guidance available throughout. The sequence changes monthly, with a new focus each month enabling students to deepen their practice and really get to grips with the postures. All levels welcome.
